Each team consists of two players.
Varje lag har tio stycken muggar uppställda i en triangel med fyra muggar som bas och med toppen av triangeln riktad mot motståndarna. De bakre fyra muggarna innehåller vatten och ska inte drickas utan enbart ställas åt sidan.
Each team have ten cups arranged in a triangle with four cups as a base and with the top of the triangle directed towards the opposing team. The rear four cups shall contain water and will not be consumed, they will be set aside only.
Innan varje match hämtar varje lag ut 0,8liter varlfri dryck från baren. Drycken fördelas jämt i de sex främre muggarna.
Before each game every team collects 0,8 liters of beverage of their own choosing from the bar. The beverage should be divided equally in to the remaining six cups.
Varje omgång skall båda deltagarna i laget kasta varsin boll mot motståndarnas muggar. Bollarna får ej kastas samtidigt. Den ene lagdeltagarens boll är "död" när den landat i en mugg eller är utanför bordet, då får nästa lagdeltagare kasta. Detsamma gäller för motståndarlaget innan deras tur börjar, båda bollarna måste vara "döda".
When it is your teams turn both players shall throw one ball each towards their opponent’s cups. The balls are not allowed to be thrown at the same time. The first players ball is ”dead” when it lands in a cup or is outside the table, only then will the second player be allowed to throw. The same goes for the opposing team, before their turn starts both balls have to be ”dead”.
För att avgöra vilket lag som ska börja kasta så kör man ett parti ”sten, sax, påse” mellan lagens alla deltagare, vinner ett lag båda matcherna börjar dem. Vinner en deltagare ur varsitt lag möts vinnarna från de båda lagen i ”sten, sax, påse” igen, vinnarens lag börjar med bollarna.
To decide which team gets to throw first a game of ”rock, paper, scissor” will be played between all players. If both players from the same team wins they’ll start, but if one player from each teams wins then the winning players will play one more game of ”rock, paper, scissor” and the winning players team will throw first.
När en boll landat i en mugg tas den muggen bort från spelplanen (triangeln). Drycken den innehåller förtärs.
Once a ball lands in a cup, the cup is taken away and the opponent drinks the contents of the cup.
Träffar en spelare i en mugg som en ur motståndarlaget tidigare tagit bort från spelplanen och som fortfarande innehåller dryck bryts matchen och den kastande spelarens lag vinner matchen omedelbart. Oavsett vart muggen är placerad och även om muggen hålls i handen bedöms kastet som giltigt. (Denna regel gäller ej borttagna vattenmuggar).
If a player throws a ball and it lands in a cup that the opposing team earlier has taken of the table, but still contains beverage, the game will stop and the throwing team will be assigned the win. This regardless to where the cup is place, even if the cup is in a player’s hand. (This rule does not apply to the cups containing water).
Vid ett kast får axeln ej befinna sig över bordet. Om detta sker resulterar det i att kastet ogiltigförklaras. Bollen returneras ej.
When throwing, a player’s shoulder is not allowed to lean over the table. If this happens the throw will not count and the ball will be given to the opposing team.
Har bollen studsat i bordet och/eller på andra föremål på bordet (t.ex. vattenmugg eller burkar) och landar i någon av motståndarnas muggar resulterar det i att två muggar tas bort från spelplanen, den muggen som bollen landat i och en mugg som väljs ut av laget som kastade studsen. Drycken förtärs.
If the ball first bounces on the table or on other objects (a cup for an example) and then lands in one of the opposing teams’ cups, both the cup that the ball landed in and another cup that the throwing team gets to choose will be removed from the table. The drink in the cup shall be consumed.
Har bollen studsat i bordet får bollen slås bort.
It is allowed to slap away the ball if it bounces on the table.
Studsar bollen på en person i motståndarlaget och träffar därefter i en mugg resulterar det i att två muggar skall tas bort från spelplanen. Den muggen som bollen landade i och en valfri mugg som det laget som kastade bollen får välja.
If the ball first hits one of the opposing players and then lands in one of the cups, two cups will be removed from the table. Both the cup that the ball landed in and another cup that the throwing team gets to choose.
Har bollen studsat i bordet och/eller på något annat föremål på bordet och landar i en egen mugg är kastet förbrukat och endast den muggen som bollen landat i tas bort från spelplanen. Drycken förtärs.
If the ball hits the table and/or any other object on the table and then lands in your own cup, the cup will be removed and the ball will be given to the opposing team. The drink in the cup shall be consumed.
Om bollen landar direkt i en egen mugg tas den muggen bort från spelplanen. Kastet är förbrukat och drycken förtärs.

Vid ett kast får inte bollen vidröras av motståndarlaget innan den lämnat spelplanen eller studsat på bordet eller något föremål. Görs detta resulterar det i att motståndarna får välja en mugg som tas bort från spelplanen. Drycken förtärs.
When the ball is thrown it is not allowed to be touched by the opposing team until it hits the table or is over the edge of the table. If this would happen, the throwing team gets to choose one of the opposing teams cups to be removed from the table. The drink in the cup shall be consumed.
Skulle ett kast välta en motståndares mugg, så skall muggen ställas tillbaka, fyllas på och kastet går därefter om.
If a throw would overthrow and spill out the opposing teams cup, the cup shall be put back on the table and be refilled with beverage. After that, the thrower will get another turn.
Skulle ett kast välta en mugg och sedan landa i en annan ställs den välta muggen upp och fylls på. Den muggen som bollen landade i tas bort från spelplanen. Kastet går inte om.
If a throw would overthrow and spill out one cup and then land in another, the overthrown cup shall be put back on the table and be refilled with beverage. But the cup in which the ball landed in will be removed from the table. The thrower will not get another turn.
Det är ej tillåtet att försöka blåsa upp bollen ur en mugg.
If the ball is spinning around the inside of the cup it is not allowed to blow on it to try to force it up and out of the cup.
Varje lag får vid ett tillfälle under matchen placera om motståndarnas muggar. När muggarna omplaceras måste basen alltid vara bredast.
Every team gets to rearrange the opposing teams’ cups once each game. But when they do, the cups’ base has to be wider than its front. (i.e. 2-1, 3-1, 3-2 etc.)
Det är ej tillåtet att ha händerna över bordet i syfte att psyka motståndarna när dem skall kasta. Vid överträdelse går kastet om, vid upprepade överträdelser kan straffmugg utdelas av domare. Motståndarlaget får välja en mugg som tas bort från spelplanen, innehållet förtärs.
It is not allowed to keep your hands over the table with a purpose of disturbing (psyche) the opposing team when it is their turn to throw. If that happens the throw will be redone. If it happens repeatedly the referee will hand out a penalty cup and it is the opposing team that gets to choose which cup will be removed from the table. The drink in the cup shall be consumed.
Smutskastning/trashtalk är ej tillåtet! Överträdelse kan leda till straffmugg och i särskilda fall till diskvalificering från turneringen.
Trash talk is not allowed! If it occurs the referee might hand out a penalty cup and in some cases, it can lead to disqualification from the tournament.

In situations that leads to questions or arguments between the two teams, a referee should be contacted.
Matchen är över när ett lag inte har några muggar kvar.
The game is over when one team does not have any cups left.
